These services are made available to registered users under the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”), which are fully incorporated by reference. This Agreement governs the use of the Prom Party Rental website hereinafter referred to as “website” and any associated content or services.

Users can confirm that they have read and agree to this Agreement by accessing the Prom Party Rental website. If users do not agree, they must cease using the website. Prom Party Rental offers its services exclusively to those who accept this Agreement.
To access the website and its services, users must register with Prom Party Rental. During registration, users must create a unique identifier (such as an email address or user ID) and password. Personal information, including name, address, contact number, and email ID, must be provided accurately. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their identifying information and must notify Prom Party Rental immediately if any compromise occurs via care@prompartyrental.com or +1 609 608 6262. Misrepresentation or misuse of the website for fraudulent or illegal activities may result in termination of the Agreement.
Prom Party Rental aims to provide a platform where users can browse and book event services such as prom venues, luxury banquet halls, themed party rentals, outdoor spaces, and other event accommodations. Listings include detailed descriptions, photos, and guest reviews. Guests can directly communicate with Hosts to clarify any queries.
Guests can search for services by specifying event details such as location, dates, number of guests, and other filters. The website will display results matching the search criteria.
When booking through Prom Party Rental, Guests agree to pay all applicable fees, including service fees, taxes, and other charges shown at checkout. Once a booking is confirmed, a binding contract is established between the Guest and Host. Guests should review the Host’s terms and conditions before completing a booking.
Guests may cancel bookings as per the Host’s cancellation policy at the time of booking. Refunds, if eligible, are subject to these policies, in cases where cancellations are outside the Guest’s control, rebooking assistance or partial/full refunds may apply, as governed by the Host’s terms.
A 3.5% cancellation fee will be deducted from any refunds. Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and are issued in the original payment method.
Guests may modify bookings based on the availability of new dates and must pay any additional fees or taxes applicable.
Guests are accountable for their behavior and that of their accompanying guests. Responsibilities include:
Leaving accommodations in their original condition.
Covering damages caused by themselves or their party.
Complying with laws and maintaining respect for the property and its surroundings.
Guests are solely responsible for assessing whether a Host’s service is suitable for them. Risks associated with any service (e.g., injuries, property damage, or other losses) are solely the Guest’s responsibility. Prom Party Rental assumes no liability for any risks. Using Host services, Guests release Prom Party Rental, its affiliates, employees, and agents from liability related to injuries, damages, or losses. Guests accept full responsibility for any resulting incidents.
Hosts may use Prom Party Rental to list event services, including venue rentals and experiences. Hosts must provide accurate information about their services, pricing, and applicable terms. Upon accepting a booking, Hosts enter into a binding agreement with the Guest and must fulfill their obligations as described in their listing.
Hosts agree to pay service fees and taxes to Prom Party Rental, which are deducted from their payouts. Prom Party Rental acts solely as a payment collection agent for Hosts.
Hosts are independent contractors and retain full discretion over their services, pricing, and availability. However, Hosts are encouraged to maintain adequate insurance and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
If a Guest cancels, payouts to Hosts will be determined by the applicable cancellation policy. Hosts should avoid canceling bookings without valid reasons, as doing so may result in penalties. In cases of refunds to Guests after payout, Prom Party Rental reserves the right to recover the refunded amount from the Host.
Hosts are responsible for complying with applicable tax laws, including reporting, collecting, and remitting taxes. In some jurisdictions, Prom Party Rental may collect or report tax information on behalf of the Host. Hosts must provide the necessary documentation to avoid payout withholding.
REVIEWS After each completed service, Guests and Hosts may leave reviews. Reviews must be truthful and respectful, avoiding discriminatory, defamatory, or illegal language. Prom Party Rental may use submitted feedback, photos, or videos for promotional purposes under a non-exclusive, royalty-free license.
Prom Party Rental charges service fees to both Guests and Hosts, which are generally non-refundable. Changes to fees will be communicated in advance and do not affect prior bookings.
Users must use the website and services lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Harassment, abuse, or defamation.
Misrepresentation or fraudulent activity.
Sharing contact information outside the platform.
Violating intellectual property rights.
Engaging in illegal activities or spamming.
Prom Party Rental reserves the right to terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement. Upon termination, confirmed bookings will be canceled, and refunds will depend on the applicable cancellation policy.
The laws of Pennsylvania, USA govern this Agreement, and any disputes will be subject to its jurisdiction.
